Research and Investigation
Through the use of currently available tools, eteli works with members and the public to determine the validity of reports of extra terrestrial encounters and contacts. Our community does not pass judgement on the reporting person(s). Rather, investigations are done to review data supplied through photos, video, audio or other media, to identify similarities or common trends between current events.

Seed of Earth Time Capsule Project |

The Seed of Earth Time Capsule Project is a worldwide effort to procure and store information about our current world, society and unique cultural traits. Information and materials gathered will be digitally and physically stored in a suitable container, and placed in a secure location.
The underlying reason for this project is to provide a method for our current civilization, as our species is at this point in time, to communicate our ideas and situations to future generations. As we move through this current timeframe, many wish that civilizations in the past had provided more meaningful information about the situations that they found themselves in.
This time capsule project will be a continually updating system, making sure that the overall aspects of the most current events are recorded for future generations to understand what we are, how we are, and why we are the way we are in this current time.

Worldwide Contact Liaison Registry
using global guidelines, individuals can aquire the information and specific methods to set up and train potential first-contact liaison personnel in their area

Globally Diverse First Contact Guidelines
through discussion, polling, research and observation, a set of standardized methods for reacting to, reporting on, and maintaining proper communication and control of a first-contact scenario will be created

International Contactee Support Database
through public or private sources, those who have had a prior alien contact will be provided an anonymous venue through which to gain or provide support, and to report, review and categorize contact related information
Broadcast Information and Reference System
through outreach and research, communication systems will be explained, created, used and aquired for the broadcasting needs of the eteli platform
through the use of rented or personal viewing and listening systems such as telescopes, imagery and media based materials can be referenced and requested for projects and personal investigatory uses
